Make a Balloon Chocolate Sucker
Balloon Chocolate Sucker Mold

Each piece is 3" x 3 " x 1/4".
This mold makes approximately 12 pieces per pound of chocolate.
What brighten's a special occasion more than brightly colored balloons? Try making this cluster of chocolate balloon suckers for your next gift or cake decoration!
To use this balloon chocolate mold simply melt milk, dark or white chocolate in 30 second intervals to avoid scorching. Use the squeeze bottle to help fill the chocolate mold. Place a sucker stick inside the chocolate while it is still wet. Tap the mold before placing in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Embellish your chocolate suckers by melting white chocolate and using the chocolate coloring and fill the cavities with as many different colors as you like! After your balloons are dry, use candy decorations and white chocolate as glue to apply the decorations. We used gold and silver luster dust on one of ours! Tie ribbons and place in our graham size bag or place on top of a cake!
