Caramel Turtle Recipe: Chocolate

Pecan Caramel Turtle

Pecan or Macadamia Nut Chocolate Turtle Recipe

To make this chocolate caramel turtle, melt Guittard molding chocolate in 30-second intervals to avoid scorching.

Fill squeeze bottle with your favorite chocolate.

Place 6 pecan halves on waxed paper. Take a quarter size piece of the bulk caramel and roll it into a ball. Squish onto pecans. Use squeeze bottle to put chocolate on top of the caramel.

Place the chocolate caramel turtle in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Place finished chocolate caramel turtle in the turtle bag and tie bows using wired ribbon and curling ribbon for best results.

Or make this turtle with a fun turtle mold!

These chocolate caramel turtles make great fundraisers!

One of our favorite recipes is this chocolate caramel turtle recipe. There's nothing that brings you back to your childhood memories as a chocolate caramel turtle that Grandma made for you. Even if she didn't, the local chocolate shop had those fun looking chocolate caramel turtles all lined up in the window calling your name. This book "Christmas Turtles" is a fun representation of your old childhood memories of eating chocolate caramel turtles.
