Castle Chocolate Mold Princess

Castle Princess Chocolate Mold
Make this castle princess sucker:
Melt Guittard white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Set a small amount aside. Add pink candy coloring to the small amount of chocolate. Just 2 drops or so to get a light pink color. Place the pink chocolate into the candy painting bottle and carefully paint in the bow with the pink chocolate (or you can use the candy paint brush to help you decorate!) Use with a graham size cello bag. Brush on some gold luster dust to make this castle shine!
Let the pink chocolate cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fill in the rest of the castle mold cavity, while also covering the pink chocolate, with the remainder of the white chocolate. Slide a sucker stick into the warm chocolate and turn it so the chocolate covers the stick completely.
Tap the castle mold on the counter to make sure there are no bubbles on the front of the mold, and to help the white chocolate reach the edge of the mold. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Pop the castle out of the mold and use a sucker bag and ribbon to decorate!
