Make a Chocolate Daisy Flower

Daisy Flower Chocolate Mold

To make this adorable flower/daisy use candy colors and white Guittard molding chocolate. Place the daisy flower mold in the freezer for 15 minutes. Each daisy holds approximately .5 ounces of chocolate. The daisy itself is about once inch in diameter. Put a few into a oreo size bag.

I made this chocolate ganache covered cake and put these adorable yellow flowers all over the top. People thought I bought it at the bakery! Amazing what a daisy can do!
