A Note About Gluten-Free Chocolate

What is a gluten free diet? A gluten-free diet, according to Wikpedia, is a diet completely free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat, barley, rye, oats and triticale. People wishing to follow a completely gluten free diet should also think about the ingredients of vitamins or  cosmetics and need to be investigated before use.

The gluten-free diet must be strictly followed. Celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, persons with multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune disorders, can benefit as well as autism spectrum disorders ADHD, and some behavioral problems can also see very positive benefits.
