Note: A natural process called "blooming" takes effect on the Guittard molding chocolate with change in temperature. Blooming looks like white streaks, but is a natural process of the sugar separating from the chocolate. It will remedy itself when melted and does NOT effect the flavor. Chocolate is shipped at customer's risk during hot weather. May melt some in shipping, but this does not affect the flavor. May be remelted over and over again. Stored in a climate controlled environment.
