Chocolate Mocha Dipped Spoon Recipe
Chocolate Dipped Mocha Spoon Flavored with Amaretto with Decorations
Recipe for this mocha dipped spoon: Melt Guittard molding chocolate in 30-second intervals to avoid scorching. If desired, add amaretto or other flavoring to enhance.
Fill squeeze bottle with your favorite chocolate. Use squeeze bottle to fill the mocha spoon mold just to the edge. Place a mocha spoon handle into the middle of the chocolate and turn to coat it. Holds approximately 1.5 ounces of chocolate.
While still wet, add icing layon.
Place the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Place finished chocolate dipped mocha spoon in the mocha spoon bag and tie bows using wired ribbon and curling ribbon for best results.
These make a great fundraiser!
These are beautiful with a sugar layon.
