Offset Spatula for Chocolate Candy Making

Offset spatulas can be very useful in the kitchen. With normal spatulas they fall off the bowl and just don't seem to be angled correctly for what you need. The offset spatula is perfect for every day use as well as chocolate candy making. I usually use two or three offset spatulas at a time, one in each flavor of chocolate! The spatulas are also perfect for scraping the left over chocolate out of the bowl because of its unique offset feature. These are a very popular seller at our chocolate candy making classes.
