Peppermint Bark Recipe with Chocolate and White Chocolate

Imagine you showing up with the peppermint bark everyone raves about every year. "Oh! I hope you brought your famous peppermint bark. How DO you do it? Is it difficult?" Just tell them it's an old family recipe for a special peppermint bark from the old country, and they'll never know the difference. This recipe for peppermint bark is so easy, you'll faint!

Melt 12 ounces of Guittard white chocolate or milk chocolate in 30-second intervals stirring in between. Add 1 cup of this peppermint crunch candy. Spread onto a large piece of wax paper and let harden. Break apart and enjoy!

Contains sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and or soybean oils, propylene glycol, red #40, peppermint oil and soy lecithin.
