Raspberry Blueberry Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Raspberry Truffle

Blueberry and Raspberry Truffle Cup
Drizzled with Strawberry Vanilla

Melt Guittard molding chocolate in 30-second intervals to avoid scorching. If desired, add strawberry flavoring oil to enhance flavor.

Fill squeeze bottle with chocolate. Place truffle cups into mini muffin pan holes. Use squeeze bottle to fill the cups half full with chocolate.

Place one raspberry and two blueberries on top of the chocolate to create a beautiful truffle.

Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate and add 1 drop of red coloring and 2 drops of strawberry oil. Put in squeeze bottle/painter and drizzle the berries with this mixture.

Place truffles in a single box, a triple truffle box, or a clear oval box that holds 4 truffles.
