An Occasional Chocolate - Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your An Occasional Chocolate purchase, just return the items to 633 Hanisch Dr. Roseville, CA 95678 within 20 days of receipt of the items.
Be sure to return the items in original condition (packed with ice packs during warm months May - September), and include your name, date of order, billing address and phone number. We suggest you send the items via a trackable shipping method and insure them to prevent loss.
Once we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the amount of purchase.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on large orders that require additional handling.
