I love visiting those fine chocolate shops in the old town areas and having a truffle, or better yet a chocolate dipped pretzel, or some pecan turtles! Oh, heaven! Too bad those things can only be made by professionally trained chocolatiers who went to school in FRANCE or something, right? No! You can do it yourself at home.

Learn how to use the finest chocolate candy products from Guittard Chocolates to Peter's Caramel. Also learn how PROS decorate their chocolate by painting it, adding edible confetti or sugar layon decorations, and many of other great, easy ideas.
All classes require a minimum attendance of 7 people or the minimum fee for the class.
Hand Dipped Truffle and Dipped Items Class $20 per person. Students will learn how to prepare the ganache for truffles and will learn how to hand-roll truffles as well as dip items into chocolate. Your guests will take home three beautiful truffles in a decorated box that they made themselves as well as learn make two dipped decorated items such as Oreo cookies, pretzels etc.. Cost includes chocolate for the class, the dipping items and packaging. Kids/Teens Birthday Party Class $15 per person. Students will learn how to prepare the ganache for truffles and will learn how to hand-roll truffles as well as dip items into chocolate. Your guests will make three beautiful truffles as well as learn to make two dipped decorated items such as Oreo cookies, pretzels etc. Cost includes the chocolate for the class. You must provide items for dipping. There MUST be adults there to assist. |
All classes are 2-1/2 hours in length and are family friendly.
