 Holiday- Christmas Santa Sleigh Chocolate Mold - 3D
 3-D Santa Sleigh Mold
Finished 3-D Sleigh is 4¼" x 2½" x 2¼"
This mold makes approximately 5 full 3-D pieces per pound of chocolate.
Use Guittard
melting chocolate with this mold.
1. Carefully paint parts of the sleigh where you want the 'snow' with white chocolate using the candy painting bottle (or you can try the candy paint brush!) Carefully paint holly berries with white chocolate that has been turned red with red candy coloring. Carefully paint holly berry leaves with white chocolate that has been turned green with greens candy coloring. Let dry.
2. With the squeeze bottle, cover the chocolate that you just painted with melted milk chocolate. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Take the pieces out of the mold. With the squeeze bottle, 'glue' the pieces together with melted milk chocolate.
4. Let each piece set for 5 minutes.
