Large Snowflake 3" Diameter x ½" x Depth
Small Snowflake 1½" Diameter x ¼" Depth
This mold makes approximately 50 small or 6 largre pieces per pound of chocolate.
Use Guittard melting chocolate with this mold. Brush with silver luster dust to make shiny! Holds approximately 2.5 ounces for the large snowflake and 1 ounce for the small snowflake cavity. Put them in a graham size bag or several in a large plastic box.
