Truffle Scoop
This sturdy 18/8 stainless steel truffle scoop works for left or right handed people. It’s the perfect size to scoop 1” round truffle balls and makes portioning and rounding truffles a breeze. When it’s not making truffles, use it to scoop cookie dough or batter for mini-muffins.
Use this truffle scoop with our easy truffle recipe or our medium bodied ganache recipe. Use the scoop to measure the right amount of ganache for the truffle mold, or for the hand dipped truffles.
We have used our truffle scoop in all of our classes as well as using it to scoop out 200 balls of truffle ganache for one of our fundraisers. You can make truffles without truffle scoop but it saves you so much time and money. Plus it saves people from arguing over who gets the biggest truffle!
