Wedding Bell Sucker - Chocolate Mold
Use these fun molds to create 3-D chocolate candies, foil-wrapped chocolate painted with details, or just fun-to-eat treats!
2-1/4" DOUBLE BELLS SUCKER Chocolate Mold
Having a wedding shower? Use this mold as a favor, or to decorate our tables. Decorate with your wedding color ribbon! Use with a cello bag. Holds approximately 1.5 ounces of chocolate.
Please also see our wedding favor ideas page.
Make this wedding bell sucker:

Melt Guittard white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Set a small amount aside. Add red candy coloring to the small amount of chocolate. Just 2 drops or so to get a light pink color. Place the pink chocolate into the candy painting bottle and carefully paint in the bow with the pink chocolate.
Let the pink chocolate cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fill in the rest of the cavity, while also covering the pink chocolate, with the remainder of the white chocolate. Slide a sucker stick into the warm chocolate and turn it so the chocolate covers the stick completely.
Tap the mold on the counter to make sure there are no bubbles on the front of the mold, and to help the white chocolate reach the edge of the mold. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Pop out of the mold and use a sucker bag and ribbon to decorate!
Molds will not tolerate temperatures above 165
degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature should never be exceeded when using clear
plastic molds. Our chocolate molds may be used for butter, plaster, cement,
Jell-O, fondant, gum paste, etc.
