Question: Who can purchase from An Occasional Chocolate™ as a wholesale customer?

Answer: Anyone with a business that either resells our product or uses our product to make candy to sell for retail. You must provide us with a valid tax ID number from your state and a valid business name.

Question: What is the wholesale discount?

Answer: Wholesale cost is 25% off the full retail price of most items on the website. Occasionally we have one or two products that are not eligible for wholesale discount because that product is either new and we are testing how well it sells, or it is an affiliate of ours. Two of the products that are not available for wholesale are the 10 pound bulk bar and bulk caramel.

Question: How do I qualify for wholesale?

Answer: In order to qualify, each purchase must reach $75 in retail price. If the order amount is less than that, you cannot receive the discounted price for that order. All orders must be placed online, not over the telephone, to receive the discount.

Question: What restrictions should I be aware of?

Answer: You must not undercut our prices. You may use our graphics with permission only but you may NOT use our articles or recipes on your website. If you wish to link to our articles and recipes, that is acceptable.  All items on this website are copyrighted and protected by law.

By joining you agree to the above statements as well as: You must purchase from us once a year or your account will be dropped. After that, if you wish to reapply, you may. If at any time any of these guidelines are broken, you will be removed from our wholesale program immediately. An Occasional Chocolate™ is not guaranteeing any income for you.  By joining you are stating that you are releasing liability of An Occasional Chocolate™ and its owner, Cheryl Sandberg and its affiliates.

California residents will be asked to fill out a form and sign a document before purchasing at wholesale price.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be processed. An Occasional Chocolate™ reserves the right to deny any application.

The information in the application is complete and true. I hereby apply to An Occasional Chocolate™ as an Independent Representative. I am at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. Citizen or resident.

As an Independent Representative I understand that I am not an employee of An Occasional Chocolate™ and that I am provided no guarantee of income, wages or benefits. Any income derived through my association with An Occasional Chocolate™ will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market the products to customers.

I will honor with respect and represent loyalty to the company and other representatives by not taking away customers from another representative unless pursued by the customer herself or himself.

I understand that I cannot sell or distribute An Occasional Chocolate™ consultants' personal information to other direct sellers, persons or companies. Doing so will result in immediate termination.

I agree to be responsible for payment of all applicable State and Federal taxes. I agree to comply with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to Independent Representatives.
